Account Executive - EMEA

We’re about the higher-order possibilities AI can deliver for the industries and organizations that create a healthy, functioning, and safe society. eMoldino Account Executive is responsible for direct sales of eMoldino solutions to acquisition and existing accounts in EMEA. 



  • Develop and execute long-term consultative sales strategies to win new logos and grow a pipeline for eMoldino to meet business revenue plans for AI/ML software solutions using a disciplined sales process.
  • Assist in the development of project scope and ROI analysis. Utilize value selling techniques to quantify project ROI and structure commercial deals accordingly.
  • Continuously maintain and grow skills and knowledge in consultative sales, technical solutions and industry applications, applying expertise to demonstrate eMoldino’s thought leadership during client engagements to solve strategic and tactical business problems with eMoldino’s proven technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with eMoldino sales, technical, executive, product development, financial, and other support resources to deliver extraordinary client engagements and repeat business opportunities.
  • Leverage sales & marketing selling resources for target opportunity identification and access. Effectively translate technical terms into everyday language and properly manage expectations, both internally and externally.
  • Provide formal regular status reports to sales management which include forecast, pipeline and activity summary information. Monitor & report revenue and pipeline results weekly via CRM tool.
  • Develop strong business & financial knowledge of eMoldino offerings. Demonstrate understanding of AI/ML and other emerging technology trends and their impact on business decisions in assigned Vertical or Geography and clearly communicate this knowledge to extended sales teams.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Prior work experience in a enterprise software solutions sales role (10+ years)
  • Demonstrated sales success and/or work experience in the Process Manufacturing vertical is required
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Software industry experience
  • Demonstrated ability to open new markets and penetrate whitespace accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell at the senior management & executive levels, focusing on the business outcomes and demonstrating the tangible economic value of products, information software & services

Prefered Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Business or similar disciplines
  • Prior pre-sales, direct sales or consulting experience with AI/ML solutions.
  • Demonstrated sales success or work experience in one or more of the following industries: Consumer Packaged Goods, Top Tier Consulting Firm.
