Senior Implementation Consultant

eMoldino is looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant focused on managing client engagements and customer deployments of our software solution. Working directly with industry leading clients, you will be tasked with solving implementation problems for our clients. You will be working across different functional teams that include our Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering Team to deliver our industry-leading solution to our clients so that they can meet their goals.



Responsibilities

 

  • Develop the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, defining then meeting success criteria, managing customer success plans

  • Assist clients in building business cases and defining value using data-driven approaches and business intelligence

  • Manage full customer lifecycle once initial deployment engagements are complete

  • Manage a portfolio of client engagements and customers

  • Identify and explore business development opportunities with new and existing clients

  • Manage user onboarding, training, and support 

  • Initiate and manage client relationships, including meeting and workshop facilitation

  • Prepare and coordinate technical documentation production to support client presentations on complex technical topics

  • Lead and deliver projects designed to convert pilot projects into long term customers


Required Qualifications


  • 3+ year direct customer facing work experience
  • 4 year degree required 
  • Professional and confident public presence
  • Experience working with multiple customers simultaneously and the ability to work with competing priorities
  • Have consultative approach to training
  • Demonstrate experience in successfully gaining an understanding of core customer needs, tailoring training to those needs, and assessing progress
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and technical aptitude
